This is a two bedroom Victorian cottage that comes in two flavours: one version is built with the EPs up to and including Seasons, the other is built with all EPs, K&B and M&G.  It is perfect for  small family, and there is plenty of room to expand too.

Both are built on 3x3 lots, and have the same layout, although the gardens are planted differently, and some of the decor inside is slightly different.  Both houses have been playtested and I have come across no problems.  The only slight issue is that one of the sprinklers in the back garden of the M&G version has a tendency to twist round, and so needs to be placed back so that it waters the plants properly. 

The Seasons version costs $115,651, the M&G one $114,743.

Both houses are decorated in Victorian style, and all CC is included in the rar file, you just need to put it into your downloads folder.  I have subfoldered and labelled everything, so you can easily delete what you do not want.  Credits and links for the CC are in a Word document included in the rar file.

I used a LOT of OMSPs building these: they support the gingerbread trim on the front gable and porch, as well as some of the quoining and guttering in the M&G version (don't ask, the game did not co-operate).  If you are planning on making any rennovations I suggest downloading Julsfels OMSP controller from here, moving a family into the lot and making all the OMSPs visible so that you know where they are.  It'll save you from getting frustrated by "can't intersect other objects" messages all the time.
