I love Cashcraft's Vanity Fair teacup, this is not news.  I've already made some edits of it, and posted one set here at the Emporium.  I also rescaled those edits to make them look more in proportion with my sims, but never got round to posting them.  However, what I have really, really wanted for longer than I can remember, is a full, matching tea set.  I've been faking it for a little while, using cups and teapots that sort of looked like they matched, but were actually by different creators.  Well no more!  While I was setting up for a scene for my next chapter, I despaired of the the fact I have no milk jug or sugar bowl and decided to do something about it.  I took my rescaled version of Cashcraft's teacup, as well as the rescaled version of her Regency teapot I'd made, as bases and created these:

The set includes 10 new meshes: rescaled versions of Cashcraft's original teacup, rescaled versions of my edits of the cup, saucer and cup and saucer; her teaspoon rescaled and separated from the original mesh; two sugar bowls (one covered, one uncovered); two teapots (one with the lid on, one with the lid next to it) and a milk jug.   There is also a recolour of the uncovered sugar bowl which makes the sugar lumps invisible.  As a bonus I've also slaved Cassandre's plate of lemon wedges from her Biological Food set (thank you Cassandre for having such a lovely, open policy).  This is a new version of the mesh and doesn't conflict with the original.

All meshes are slaved to Cashcraft's original mesh (included for your convenience).  I have tried very hard when mapping the new meshes to make them look as good as possible with all the recolours I have of that mesh, but because of how the original object was mapped, there will be some flaws with some textures on these meshes.  I've tried to keep it to a minimum, but you might find that what look like circular patterns on the teacups and sugar bowls, are a little stretched on the milk jug and teapots.  I'm sorry about that.

All are found under Decorative > micsellaneous and are priced at £120

Credit goes to Cashcraft and Cassandre for the original meshes I used to create these.

I think that's everything.  You can download the set here.

YES! I've been waiting patiently for this set since your last update! It's even more lovely than I thought it would be! Now I just have to recolor it a billion times and finally throw all the tea parties I possibly can. Thank you so much, Di! This is your best work yet. :D

:D :D I'm glad you like it! I admit, I'm very, very pleased with how the new meshes turned out.

If you share your recolours, I will love you forever. There can never be enough patterns for crockery out there. (Also, if you want UV maps for the new meshes so you can see how they relate to the master mesh, just ask).
